To add a new account to Ledger Live, follow these steps:
Open Ledger Live: Launch the Ledger Live application on your computer or mobile device.
Connect Your Ledger Device: Connect your Ledger hardware wallet to your computer using the USB cable.
Unlock Your Device: Enter your PIN code on the Ledger device if prompted.
Navigate to Accounts: In Ledger Live, find and click on the "Accounts" tab. It's usually located on the left-hand side of the interface.
Add Account: Look for the "Add Account" button or option. It might be labeled differently depending on the version of Ledger Live you're using, but it should be prominently displayed.
Select Cryptocurrency: Choose the cryptocurrency you want to add an account for. Ledger Live supports a wide range of cryptocurrencies.
Confirm on Device: Follow the instructions on the Ledger device screen to confirm that you want to add the account. You may need to navigate through menus on your device to approve the action.
Account Added: Once confirmed, Ledger Live will add the new account, and you should see it listed in the "Accounts" tab along with any existing accounts you have.
Repeat if Necessary: If you want to add accounts for additional cryptocurrencies, repeat the process starting from step 5.
That's it! You've successfully added a new account to Ledger Live. You can now manage and view your balances and transactions for that cryptocurrency within the Ledger Live interface.
